Privacy Policy

Account data: email address, a hashed (never plaintext) password, and any full name you provide.

Content and brand data: topics, scripts, generated video/voice/visual assets, and brand information you submit to produce videos.

Billing data: subscription plan, credit balance and usage history, and payment activity processed by Stripe — we do not store your raw card number ourselves.

Connected-platform data: if you connect YouTube, TikTok, or another platform, we store the resulting OAuth access/refresh tokens encrypted at rest, plus the minimal account identity (platform account ID, and a username where the platform exposes one) needed to publish on your behalf.

Usage data: basic operational logs (e.g. pipeline stage progress, publish status) needed to run and support the product.

To operate Creator Engine: generating your requested content, publishing it to platforms you explicitly connect and schedule, billing your subscription/credit usage, and providing customer support. We do not sell your personal data.

OAuth access and refresh tokens for platforms you connect (e.g. TikTok, YouTube) are encrypted at rest and are only ever decrypted server-side to perform the specific publishing action you requested (or to refresh an expiring token). They are never exposed to the browser or included in any listing endpoint. Disconnecting a platform revokes our stored token for it.

We share the minimum data necessary with the services that power Creator Engine: Stripe (payments), our AI providers (to generate scripts, voice, and visuals from the topics/brand data you submit), our cloud storage provider (to host rendered video files), and the platforms you explicitly choose to connect and publish to.

We retain account, content, and billing data for as long as your account is active, and for a reasonable period after to comply with legal/financial recordkeeping obligations. You can request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us (below).

You can disconnect any connected platform at any time from Connected Platforms. You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by contacting us.

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated “Last updated” date above.
