Terms of Service

Creator Engine (“Creator Engine,” “we,” “us”) is a subscription platform that helps creators produce short-form video content using AI-assisted research, scriptwriting, voice synthesis, and visual generation, and — where you choose to connect an account — publish that content to third-party platforms such as YouTube and TikTok on your behalf.

You must provide accurate information when you register and are responsible for activity under your account. You’re responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to use Creator Engine.

Video generation is billed against a credit balance funded by your subscription plan and/or credit-pack purchases, processed through Stripe. Credits are charged when generation work is performed by underlying AI providers on your behalf; where a video you reject was produced using real provider spend, that spend is not automatically refunded, since the cost was already incurred. Subscription charges are billed on a recurring basis until cancelled.

If you choose to connect a YouTube, TikTok, or other platform account, you authorize Creator Engine to publish content to that account only as you direct through the product (for example, scheduling a specific approved video). We store the resulting access credentials encrypted at rest and use them solely to perform the publishing actions you request. You can disconnect a platform at any time from Connected Platforms, which revokes our ability to publish further content to that account going forward. Your use of any connected platform remains subject to that platform’s own terms of service.

You are responsible for the topics, brand information, and any reference material you submit, and for reviewing generated content before approving it for publication. Creator Engine includes an automated fact-check and quality-review step, but this does not replace your own judgment — you make the final call before anything is published to a connected account.

You agree not to use Creator Engine to generate or publish content that is illegal, infringes on others’ rights, is deceptive or fraudulent, or violates the terms of any platform you connect (including TikTok’s Community Guidelines and Developer Terms where you publish there). We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this section.

Creator Engine is provided “as is.” We do not guarantee that generated content will be error-free, that publishing to a connected platform will always succeed, or that any particular result (views, engagement, revenue) will follow from using the product. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Creator Engine is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated “Last updated” date above. Continued use of Creator Engine after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
